Craniosacral Therapy
The name is made up of the Latin words for skull: cranium and sacrum: os sacrum. They are connected by the spinal canal, in which the spinal fluid circulates in a specific rhythm.
For a variety of reasons, this cerebrospinal fluid rhythm can be disturbed. The aim of craniosacral therapy is to correct this rhythm with very gentle movements. Tension in the tissues can also be influenced with this therapy.
