To get fit again for sport, whether running, tennis or skiing. It makes no difference whether amateur or professional athlete, an injury or accident can always happen.
The basis for sports physiotherapy is knowledge of the different wound healing phases, which take different lengths of time depending on the type of injured tissue. The load is optimally adapted to this during therapy and exercises and later during sport in order to support the healing processes on the one hand and not to overload too early with the aim of enabling a safe and injury-free return to hobby and sport.
